Jamie is a native of Cherokee County; she was born and raised in Ball Ground, GA. Graduating from Cherokee High School in 2000, she then attended Kennesaw State University, graduating in 2004 Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Accounting. In 2006 she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Master of Accounting, with a Concentration in Tax.
Jamie passed the Uniform CPA exam on her first attempt in 2007. She currently serves on the Board of the Anna Crawford Children's Center as the Treasurer. She served on the Accounting Advisory Committee for Chattahoochee Technical College. She served on the Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors from January 2013 - January 2016. She also served from January 2012 - December 2015 as the President of Empowered Women Through Synergy, a women's group based in Woodstock, GA in which she is a founding member. Jamie is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants and a lifetime member of the International Honor Society Beta Gamma Sigma. She is also an alumnus of Leadership Cherokee Class of 2009 and was awarded the 2013 Top 10 in 10 Young Professionals by the Cherokee Chamber of Commerce.

Randy was born and raised in Illinois, moving to Georgia in 1983. Randy is a proud veteran with a long and varied career. He began his career in the United States Army in 1969, honorably discharged in 1977. Randy got his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Illinois in 1979 and his Masters in the Arts in Mathematical Sciences: Computer Science from the University of Illinois in 1982. Randy passed the Uniform CPA exam in 1982, then worked for IBM for 10 years.
Randy opened Randy Kramer & Associates, PC in 1999, opening offices in Woodstock, Blue Ridge and Dalton. Randy sold his business in 2010 and became a Certified Professional Coach thru iPEC.He then became the Chief Financial Officer for a small manufacturing firm in Ellijay, GA. Randy joined our firm in October 2017. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. He was an avid runner, having completed 7 half-marathons and numerous 5ks and is an active volunteer with both the Wounded Warrior Project and Home for Our Troops.

Amy was born and raised in Woodstock, GA. After graduating from Woodstock High School in 2003, she then completed a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Accounting, from Kennesaw State University in 2008. While attending KSU, Amy worked full time for a large landscape materials company, where she was the full charge bookkeeper and office manager. Amy has broad experience working in small businesses, including manufacturing, storm restoration, hospitality and retail. She also volunteers as the Youth Director at Shiloh Baptist Church in Holly Springs and is a proud 2016-2018 Clayton Elementary School Council Member. She is also an alumnus of Leadership Cherokee Class of 2016 and was awarded the 2017 Top 10 in 10 Young Professionals by the Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce. Amy currently serves on the Chairman’s Council for Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce .

Nitasha was born on the Whidbey Island Naval Base in Washington State. She moved to Woodstock, GA in 2000 and graduated from Woodstock High School in 2001. After a decade of working, she went back to school at Kennesaw State University and graduate Cum Laude in 2013 with a degree in Exercise Science. Nitasha just graduated Summa Cum Laude from Chattahoochee Technical College with an Associate of Applied Science in Accounting. She also earned certifications as a Computerized Accounting Specialist, Office Accounting Specialist, Payroll Accounting Specialist and Tax Prep Specialist. She is proud to volunteer and serve as the Backpack Coordinator for the Cherokee County Give a Kid a Chance program since 2016. She also served as the Service Projects Board Chair for the Woodstock Junior Woman’s Club from 2015-2017, and served as the Community Outreach executive board member for the Chattahoochee Technical College chapter of the National Society for Leadership and Success from 2016-2017. She is a life-time member of the Golden Key Honor Society and the National Technical Honor Society. In her free time she volunteers as a community small group leader with Woodstock City Church.

Laura was born and raised in Ball Ground, GA. After graduating with honors from Creekview High School in 2016, Laura received a Football and Basketball Cheerleading Scholarship at Reinhardt University. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s in Psychology with a Minor in Marketing at Reinhardt University..
Laura has been a cheerleader for 8 years, serving as Captain of Creekview’ s Varsity Cheerleading Squad her senior year of high school. Laura has also served on the Pickens High School and Cherokee High School Cheerleading Judges Panel. In 2016 and 2017, Laura was placed on Reinhardt University’s Dean’s List for her outstanding grade point average, as well as being recipient of the 2017 Eagles Athlete Scholar Award for her outstanding grade point average as a Reinhardt Cheerleader. Laura has experience in managing business social media accounts and currently runs different accounts across the North Georgia Area under her company LCD Media Productions. She also manages the current company account, producing graphics, captions, and pictures for our Facebook and Constant Contact accounts.
