Jamie is a native of Cherokee County; she was born and raised in Ball Ground, Georgia. Graduating from Cherokee High School in 2000, she then attended Kennesaw State University, graduating in 2004 Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Accounting. In 2006 she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Master of Accounting, with a Concentration in Tax.
Jamie passed the Uniform CPA exam on her first attempt in 2007. She served on the Accounting Advisory Committee for Chattahoochee Technical College. She currently serves on the Board of the Anna Crawford Children's Center as the Treasurer. She served on the Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors from January 2013 - January 2016. She also served from January 2012 - December 2015 as the President of Empowered Women Through Synergy, a women's group based in Woodstock, GA in which she is a founding member. Jamie is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants and a lifetime member of the International Honor Society Beta Gamma Sigma. She is also an alumnus of Leadership Cherokee Class of 2009.

Randy has had a long and varied career. His most recent position was as a CFO for a small manufacturing firm in Ellijay. Prior to that he was the owner of a Randy Kramer & Associates PC, a CPA firm with locations in Woodstock, Blue Ridge and Dalton. Randy has been married to Kay for 47 years and together they have two wonderful children and they currently have one grandson (Arlo) and a granddaughter on the way (Sophie Grace).

Amy was born and raised in Woodstock, GA. After graduating from Woodstock High School in 2003, she then completed a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Accounting, from Kennesaw State University in 2008. While attending KSU, Amy worked full time for a large landscape materials company, where she was the full charge bookkeeper and office manager. Amy has broad experience working in small businesses, including manufacturing, storm restoration, hospitality and retail. She also volunteers as the Youth Director at Shiloh Baptist Church in Holly Springs and is a proud 2016-2018 Clayton Elementary School Council Member. She is also an alumnus of Leadership Cherokee Class of 2016 and was awarded the 2017 Top 10 in 10 Young Professionals by the Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce.
Amy resides in Canton, GA with her husband Denny and their two amazing children, Kailey and Parker. She is a member of Shiloh Baptist Church.
Nitasha was born on the Whidbey Island Naval Base in Washington State. She moved to Woodstock, GA in 2000 and graduated from Woodstock High School in 2001. After a few years of working, she went back to school at Kennesaw State University and graduate Cum Laude in 2013 with a degree in Exercise Science. Nitasha is curently working towards Associate of Applied Science in Accounting from Chattahoochee Technical College and is the proud to volunteer and serve as the Backpack Director for the Cherokee County Give a Kid a Chance program since 2016. She also served as the Service Projects Board Chair for the Woodstock Junior Woman’s Club from 2015-2017, and served as the Community Outreach executive board member for the Chattahoochee Technical College chapter of the National Society for Leadership and Success from 2016-2017. She is a member of the Golden Key Honor Society and the National Technical Honor Society.
Nitasha currently resides in Woodstock, GA with her husband Chris. She is a member of Woodstock City Church.
